How much does Coach Fartlek cost?
Pro is $8.49/mo and Elite is $20.99/mo. You are charged through the App Store or Google Play and can cancel anytime.
What do I need to use Coach Fartlek?
A running watch connected through Intervals.icu, so the coach can read your workouts and your recovery. We cover 5K to marathon, not ultra or multisport.
What is energy spent on?
Chatting with the coach, rebuilding your plan and analysing your workouts. Deep analysis costs the most. On the free plan the coach’s own messages also draw from the pot, while on Pro and Elite they are free.
What is the difference between Pro and Elite?
Only the amount of energy per week. Elite gives considerably more and is meant for runners training a lot with frequent dialogue. The features are the same.
What happens when my energy runs out?
On Pro and Elite energy refills continuously through the week, so you are back up and running on your own. You can also buy extra energy in the app, and that energy stays until you use it.
How do I cancel?
In the App Store or Google Play, where you also manage the payment. The subscription renews monthly until you cancel it.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by the App Store and Google Play under their terms. Energy you have already bought is not refunded, but it never expires either.
